Nihari is a rich, slow-cooked meat stew flavored with spices and thickened with atta (wheat), or Pakistani. Pakistani versions of Nihari are typically made with beef, but Nihari can be made with chicken ideal for those who avoid red meat due to health reason or having personal preferences for meat choices.
The word “Nihari” comes from the root Arabic word “nahar”, meaning “day” or “morning”. This dish is called Nihari because originally, it was eaten in the morning. The history suggests that it started in Old Delhi, where it was eaten by Mughal nawabs and workmen to fuel them throughout the day.

- If can is swelled, puffed or leaked, DO NOT CONSUME FOOD.
- Reheat food in saucepan or microwave oven.
- Consume food within 24 hours after opening can
- Refrigerate food once food is taken out of container
- Once packaging is opening do not store in can.
- Store can in ambient room temperature and protect it from direct sun exposure.
I'm unable to understand that how can someone sell this tasteless 2.5 botis of beef and extremely thin (watery) gravey as Nihari and this will cost you 1350.
I will not recommend this anyone and I will give this 3/10 and request the jb foods to kindly reconsider the recipe and this needs a lot of improvement.
I have also tried many can foods but this one was far below average.
Note: This issue can be specifically for my order. So lets see how owner take this.
